Progeny seeks a Wealth Operations Support (Enablement) to coordinate day-to-day operational activity across Wealth and Operations teams. You will manage key workflows, prepare MI and training materials, and support governance and audit readiness.

Working with advisers, paraplanners and administrators, you will drive process improvement and standardisation while promoting a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
