We are looking for a Graduate Digital Analyst who is passionate about digital platforms, data, problem solving, and understanding how modern business applications and analytics solutions are delivered and supported. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed a technical or analytical degree and is keen to develop skills across digital analytics, Power Platform development, API integration, platform support, and emerging AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure AI Foundry. You will work closely with experienced analysts and key business stakeholders to support, enhance, and evolve digital artefacts and platforms, ensuring they deliver value to the business and a seamless user experience.
Hands‑on Experience Across:
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- API development and integration
- Azure Functions (serverless compute)
- Azure API Management (APIM) for API governance and exposure
- Digital analytics and reporting
- Azure services and Azure AI Foundry
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Platform Support & Maintenance: Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Curo Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows. Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and resolve incidents in a structured and timely manner. Participate in incident management processes, including root cause analysis and service improvements. Ensure solutions remain secure, compliant, and well‑governed.
- Power Platform & Application Development: Assist in the design, build, and enhancement of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Develop user‑focused digital solutions that improve business processes and efficiency. Maintain reusable components, connectors, and templates. Explore opportunities to embed AI capabilities (e.g., Copilot and Azure AI Foundry integrations).
- API Development & Integration: Support the design, development, and management of APIs to enable integration across systems. Assist in building Azure Functions to support scalable, event‑driven and serverless integration patterns. Use Azure API Management (APIM) to publish, secure, monitor, and govern APIs. Connect Power Platform solutions to internal and external data sources via APIs. Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, and well‑documented. Support integration with Azure AI Foundry and AI services where appropriate.
- Digital Analytics & Insights: Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and insight requirements. Support development of Power BI dashboards, datasets, and semantic models. Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with business definitions. Contribute to insight generation that supports business decision‑making. Explore AI‑driven analytics and insights using Azure AI Foundry.
- Platform Evolution & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of the Curo digital ecosystem, including adoption of serverless architectures (Azure Functions) and centralised API governance (APIM). Support backlog management, prioritisation, and delivery of enhancements. Help embed best practices in development, governance, and user experience. Stay informed on emerging Azure AI and platform capabilities.
- DevOps & Delivery Practices: Support version control, deployment, and release management using Azure DevOps or GitHub. Assist in testing, documentation, design governance, and quality assurance. Participate in agile delivery processes and ceremonies. Support deployment and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions, Azure Functions, APIs managed via Azure API Management, and AI‑enabled services.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Document processes, applications, APIs, and platform standards. Participate in team meetings, stand‑ups, and knowledge‑sharing sessions. Help promote understanding of digital and AI capabilities within the business.
