Financial Planning Administrator

We are looking for several Financial Planning Administrators (known internally as Client Executives) to join our team and manage specialised administration support/services and maintain excellent client relationships. Integral to the delivery of outstanding client experiences at Progeny, you will work alongside our knowledgeable Paraplanners and Financial Planners to assist on cases for a wide range of clients. You will be empowered to take on new tasks, develop specialist knowledge and establish yourself as ‘a go‑to’ person in your team.

We are seeking someone who has gained some experience working in financial services (2+ years) and is motivated by delivering high-quality work. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously when needed, as well as working collaboratively, contributing ideas and sharing knowledge with others.
