Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month contract, supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activity within a growing and complex organisation.
This is a varied role covering the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent attraction and direct sourcing through to onboarding.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand recruitment requirements, develop effective talent pipelines and identify candidates for specialist and hard-to-fill positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements through to offer and onboarding.
- Develop and deliver effective sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
- Use a range of direct sourcing, talent attraction and recruitment methods to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels, providing advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure recruitment activity is delivered in line with best practice, employment legislation and diversity, equity and inclusion principles.
- Build and maintain effective talent pools and pipelines to support current and future recruitment requirements.
- Use recruitment data and analytics to produce reporting, identify trends and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives.
- Contribute to improvements in onboarding, integration and employee retention programmes.
- Support workforce planning, organisational growth and large-scale recruitment campaigns where required.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a high level of organisation and attention to detail throughout the process.
About You
You will be an experienced talent acquisition or recruitment professional with CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience, and a strong track record of delivering recruitment and onboarding within a growing or complex organisation.
You will have
- Significant experience across talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding.
- Proven experience sourcing specialist and hard-to-fill positions using a range of direct sourcing and talent attraction techniques.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice and relevant employment legislation.
- A good understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion within recruitment.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and developing effective talent pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience using recruitment data and analytics to provide meaningful insights, reporting and recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
