[Client] in Reading is seeking a Compensation & Reward Lead on a 12-month contract to own compensation frameworks and reward delivery. You will manage base pay, allowances, incentives and mobility services, using market data to stay competitive and compliant.
You will report to the Head of Reward and lead a team of rewards professionals, overseeing annual pay reviews and stakeholder advisory across the business.
