Process Engineer

We\’re Hiring: Process Engineer Milton Keynes | Permanent | £55,000 per annum Reporting to: Senior Production Engineer Ready to make an impact? We\’re looking for a skilled Process Engineer to improve systems, drive efficiencies, and support the scale-up of new processes. What You\’ll Do: Optimise and troubleshoot manufacturing processes. Lead equipment and process failure investigations. Implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma & OEE tools. Support new equipment from spec to validation. Drive cost reduction and efficiency projects.What You Bring: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical preferred). 3-5 years in a regulated manufacturing environment. Solid grasp of cGMP, validation, and quality systems. Experience with aseptic techniques is a plus. Proven team leadership and project delivery skills.Why Join Us?
