We're hiring a Process Engineer in Milton Keynes for a permanent position with a salary of Β£55,000 per annum. Reporting to the Senior Production Engineer, you will join a fast-paced, innovation-driven team shaping the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

What You'll Do:

  • Optimise and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
  • Lead equipment and process failure investigations.
  • Implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma & OEE tools.
  • Support new equipment from spec to validation.
  • Drive cost reduction and efficiency projects.

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical preferred).
  • 3-5 years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Solid grasp of cGMP, validation, and quality systems.
  • Experience with aseptic techniques is a plus.
  • Proven team leadership and project delivery skills.
