We're hiring a Process Engineer in Milton Keynes for a permanent position with a salary of £55,000 per annum. Reporting to the Senior Production Engineer, you will join a fast-paced, innovation-driven team shaping the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing.
What You'll Do:
- Optimise and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
- Lead equipment and process failure investigations.
- Implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma & OEE tools.
- Support new equipment from spec to validation.

What You Bring:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical preferred).
- 3-5 years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
