Organisational Effectiveness Practitioner
We are recruiting for an Organisational Effectiveness Practitioner on a 6-month fixed term contract for our Telford based client. Your role will be a provide specialist expertise in organisational effectiveness and the practical implementation of organisational design. The role will focus on process mapping and improvement, workflow design, organisational clarify, supporting the organisations\’ purpose.
As an Organisational Effectiveness Practitioner, you will need to have/be:
- Skilled in process mapping and workflow design, with experience using relevant tools
- Experience of implementing structural change in a practical, people focused way
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and inclusively across teams
- Working knowledge of generalist HR concepts including job design, job evaluation, and change management
Details:
- Salary: 40, 000 – 48, 000
- Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday
- Location: Hybrid/Telford
- Duration: 6-month fixed term contract
Role of Organisational Effectiveness Practitioner:
- Support the embedding of agreed organisational structures and operating models
- Collaborate with leaders and teams to bring clarity to how new structures work in practice
- Lead the process mapping of current and future-state processes to identify efficiencies, pain points, ensuring workflows that are aligned with organisational priorities
- Design and document workflows that are aligned to organisational structures, ensuring efficient handoffs, authorisation and decision points and accountability
- Work with teams to co-design improvements that enhance effectiveness and user experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to create process maps and ensure alignment with business needs and systems
- Contribute to building organisational capability in process improvement and organisational effectiveness
- Support in the identification and resolution of skill gaps within the team
