Maintenance Co-ordinator\\n Location: Coventry\\n Department: Maintenance\\n Reports to: Maintenance and Engineering Manager\\n\\nWe are currently seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Maintenance Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a team of skilled technicians and play a key role in the continuous improvement of our plant operations.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nLead and coordinate a team of multi-skilled maintenance technicians to ensure the effective upkeep and repair of all plant equipment.\\n\\nDevelop, implement, and manage a best-practice maintenance program focused on proactive scheduling, preventative and predictive strategies.\\n\\nDrive reductions in Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).\\n\\nConduct root cause analyses using 5 Why methodology to resolve significant equipment breakdowns.\\n\\nActively support and monitor Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.\\n\\nPlan and execute maintenance days, balancing routine servicing with improvement activities.\\n\\nContribute to increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by minimizing unplanned downtime.\\n\\nManage spare parts inventory efficiently to ensure availability while controlling costs.\\n\\nProvide technical guidance, coaching, and leadership to the maintenance team.\\n\\nEnsure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety standards at all times.\\n\\nMentor and support the development of apprentices within the department
