Electrical Project Engineer – Building Services Engineering – contract
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to work as a Project Engineer under a Program Manager and support the ongoing program of build projects.
Applicants must be electrically biased, HND or degree in Electrical Engineering, and must have a commercial building services background.
The Role
- Project Engineering plant room projects for data centres on behalf of a major blue-chip client
- Planning and programming work from time of order to delivery
- Designing electrical systems and calcs for loads
- Estimating and managing budget
- Ensure designs meet regs and codes
- Risk assessments
- Scheduling and coordinating; design, manufacturing, delivery and hand over
- Monday – Friday, early finish Friday
Requirements
- HNC or degree in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Project Engineering or project management experience
- Will have worked in a building services consultancy or electrical contractor as project engineer or project manager
- Organised with great communication skills
Rate
- hourly rate to £32ph (circa £63K)
