Are you an experienced machinist with a passion for precision and quality craftsmanship? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our machine shop team, where you will be responsible for producing high-quality parts and components from raw materials using a range of processes including machining, welding, and pressing.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure all work aligns with quality, health & safety, and environmental standards.
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and CNC programs.
- Set up, operate, and adjust machine tools to produce precise components.
- Program, edit, and prove CNC machines as needed.
- Measure and inspect completed parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Take ownership of your work with minimal supervision, delivering high levels of accuracy and quality.
- Actively contribute ideas to improve processes, solve challenges, and enhance overall productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CNC programming and manual machine tools.
- Experience Programming Siemens and/or ProtoTRAK.
