Job Purpose: To provide expert legal advice and representation in property and/or family law matters, ensuring the highest standards of client care. The role involves managing complex cases, mentoring junior solicitors, and contributing to the growth and reputation of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of property and/or family law matters, including high-value and complex cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court submissions.
  • Represent clients in court, tribunals, or mediation sessions as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Stay updated on legal developments in property and family law, ensuring clients receive accurate and current advice.
