About the Role
As a Litigation Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients. Working within a well-established and traditional legal practice, you will uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence and client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse range of litigation cases, including civil, commercial, and property disputes.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court submissions.
- Conduct negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients.
- Attend court hearings and advocate for clients when required.

Qualifications & Experience
