What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for marketing, digital, PR, and integrated agencies of all sizes.
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews, proactively identifying opportunities and addressing risks.
- Deeply understand customer objectives and proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders across their teams and their clients.
- Effectively multi-thread customer engagements to mitigate risk from stakeholder turnover.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize customer implementation and resolve technical challenges.
Who You Are
- At least 3 or more years of experience in agencies working in an account management role or within the marketing department of a top-tier brand.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for building strong customer relationships.
- Comfortable diving in head-first in the face of challenges and ambiguity.
- Analytical mindset with strong comfort working with numbers.
- Able to own a process end to end.
- Strong at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and comfortable juggling priorities.

This is an on-site role based in our NYC, SF, or London office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $80,000 to $160,000 before variable compensation (NYC). Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
