We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Operations Supervisor / Team Manager to lead and manage operational teams across multiple sites. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for team leadership, performance management, staff development, and operational coordination. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of employee relations processes and company compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team and undertake full line management responsibilities
