We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a Counterbalance Forklift license to join our team in Swindon. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Operate a counterbalance forklift to move and organize stock, ensuring all goods are stored correctly and easily accessible.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure that inventory is accurately recorded and updated in the system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure they meet productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:
