High Level Order Picker

Job Title: High Level Order Picker (HLOP) Location: Swindon Hours: Lates 15:00PM–00:00AM & Nights 18:00PM–03:00AM Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Pay Rate: £13.50 – £14.86 Overview ProForce Personnel Ltd is currently supporting its client with recruiting a High-Level Order Picker (HLOP) to join their busy and dynamic warehouse team. Key Responsibilities * Operate a High Level Order Picker safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols. * Accurately pick stock from racking at height in line with customer orders. * Prepare and label orders for dispatch according to operational requirements. * Assist with replenishment and stock movement as required. * Perform regular safety checks on the HLOP equipment and report any issues. * Work as part of the warehouse team to ensure service levels are met. * Maintain high standards of health and safety and warehouse cleanliness. Candidate Requirements * Valid and up-to-date HLOP in-house certification or equivalent proof of competency. * Previous experience working at height in a warehouse environment. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to shift demands and changing priorities. Desirable Experience * Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). * Previous experience with order picking in a high-volume logistics environment.
