Job Title: Forklift Drivers Location: Swindon Shifts Available: Morning, Late, Night Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Pay Rate: £12.52 – £14.86 per hour Overview ProForce Personnel Ltd is currently supporting its client in recruiting experienced Forklift Drivers to join a busy and dynamic warehouse team in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with valid forklift licences and proven experience in warehouse operations. Our client is a well-established logistics operator, known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities * Operate forklifts and warehouse trucks safely and efficiently for stock movements and order picking * Load and unload trailers as required * Accurately move, store, and retrieve goods within racking, including high-level locations * Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory management * Report any faults or safety concerns promptly to supervisors * Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to meet operational targets * Comply with all health and safety regulations at all times Equipment In Use We are looking for drivers with experience or licences for one or more of the following: * Reach Truck * Counterbalance * PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) * LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) * HLOP (High Level Order Picker) * VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) * Bendi * Flexi Candidate Requirements * Valid forklift licence(s) – RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent – In house certificates also accepted * Recent experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexible and willing to work various shift patterns based on business needs Desirable Experience * Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) * Knowledge of stock put-away and order picking processes If you’re a motivated Forklift Driver looking for your next opportunity and are ready to join a hardworking and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
