The Role & What We’re Looking For

We’re a small, ambitious team looking for a driven Business Development Executive whose primary focus is to get out there and win new business. You’ll proactively identify, approach, and secure new clients across the UK through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with hiring managers, pitching tailored recruitment solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with our delivery team to ensure client success and growth.

If you have experience in field sales or B2B business development, ideally in recruitment, logistics, industrial, or similar sectors, that’s great. More importantly, you’re a confident, target-driven communicator with a hunger to earn and a full UK driving licence, ready to thrive in a field-based role.
