Why this role?

Autonomy & Trust – You run your pipeline, manage your calendar, and own the sales process.

Impact – Work with an all-in-one e-commerce partner that truly drives hotel profitability (average closing cycle: 6 months, not years).

  • Meeting hoteliers face-to-face, attending industry events, and nurturing trusted relationships.
  • Driving the entire sales cycle – from first contact to contract signing and onboarding handover.
  • Promoting Profitroom’s solutions and representing us at conferences, trade shows, and forums.

What we’re looking for

  • A sales hunter with a proven track record in hospitality tech SaaS or hotel distribution & revenue management.
  • Strong knowledge of IBE, channel managers, revenue management, or online distribution.
  • Experience in B2B/B2E sales within the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent English communication skills and confidence in networking with decision-makers.
  • A team player who thrives on independence but also enjoys mentoring others.

🌍 Recognised brand with a strong reputation in the UK market.

📈 A role that directly contributes to hotels’ profitability and growth.

🎯 Freedom to organise your work (coffee meetings, hotel visits, business trips – all supported).

💡 Full support from Presales, Onboarding, and Customer Success Teams, so you can focus on what you do best: selling & building relationships.

  • Grow Your Skills: English language classes along with a dedicated team development fund.
  • Stay Healthy: Co-financed life and medical insurance, sports facility access, and mental health support.
  • Share hospitality: extra paid CSR/volunteering days each year.
  • Join Celebrations: Company retreats, events, wedding & baby packs, and referral program.
  • Transparent Culture: Flat hierarchy and open communication channels.
