We are one of Australia\’s fastest-growing paid advertising agencies. Based in Melbourne, we are an exclusively Google and Meta Ads agency for eCommerce brands. Our mission is to scale our clients\’ businesses through ROAS-focused marketing, taking them to multiple 7-8-9 figures per month.
The role demands a high standard of work ethic, strong communication amongst the team, and experience related to Google Ads for eCommerce. We have a friendly team and have fun in our team calls, and everyone is encouraged to have a voice, whether directly related to the accounts or outside. The founder and CEO work closely with the current team of 16 (growing fast) and deeply understand paid ads from having spent millions.
Job Description:
We require a full-time, highly experienced Google Ads specialist who wants to work with seven- and eight-figure eCommerce brands and a close-knit team. In the performance marketing department, you will join seven other media buyers with long-term experience and millions of dollars spent on paid ads.
- Set up Google Ads tracking via Shopify, GTM, and GA.
- Build, manage, and adjust Google Ads campaigns to hit the budget and ROAS targets each month effectively. The budget and ROAS targets will be provided each month.
- Set up and manage all types of Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce: Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, Discovery, Demand Gen and YouTube.
- Expertise with Google Merchant Centre product-feed optimisation.
- Conduct market research on keywords, consumer trends, and competing brands to aid the brand\’s growth.
- Write high-converting copy for Google Ads campaigns.
- Track and analyse website analytics and Google Ads campaigns.
- You don\’t have to send reports; our Client Success Manager is responsible.
- Regularly bring ideas to scale accounts and boost ROAS.
- Meet with the team via Google Meet to ideate, report and discuss.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven Google Ads management experience for eCommerce brands.
- Have experience spending $100,000+ per month on Google Ads.
- Full-time availability with 30 – 40 hours per week.
- Someone with attention to detail and takes pride in their work. You learn from your mistakes fast and avoid repeating them.
- Has a deep understanding of paid advertising, digital marketing and consumer psychology (what makes people buy what they buy).
- Proactive, not reactive. You possess intuitive thinking and don\’t need to be told every new step in the account.
- Bring new ideas to the table to scale Google Ads campaigns profitably.
- Has an attitude to improve every day and a willingness to learn.
- Great with communication within the team.
