Senior Project Manager at Pro Finda
Pro Finda is now looking to grow their Delivery team and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team.
In this role, you will use your knowledge and experience to help your clients transform how they manage and engage the talent within their entire workforce, including direct employees, contingent workers and alumni.
You will work collaboratively with notable clients to implement large scale digital transformations, helping to match the right people, to the right work, at the right time.
You will be primarily responsible for managing the delivery of Pro Finda engagements according to agreed upon scope, time and budget.
Key to this will be managing key stakeholders both internally and externally, and the tracking and communication of progress for the duration of the project.
You will be responsible for all aspects of planning and execution of projects, managing requirements and development delivery where applicable, and executing change management processes where needed for changes to scope and impact to budget.
Key to this role will be the timely resolution of issues and project roadblocks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Expectation is for management of concurrent projects at any one time.

In this position you will
- Deliver the day-to-day implementation of the Pro Finda product suite providing project guidance, maintenance and project documentation.
- Coordinate and motivate project and internal resources to deliver a best implementation experience for our customers.
- Forecast project resource needs and assist in onboarding, training and developing new team members.
- Manage project progress against time, scope, and budget on multiple projects by creating and maintaining detailed project plans emphasising speed to delivery and the most efficient use of Pro Finda resources to meet requirements.
- Communicate the progress of the project, achieve scheduled milestones and maintain strong momentum for all deliveries.
- Facilitate regular project review meetings assessing, documenting and communicating effectively risks, issues, actions and decisions for customers, steering committees and for internal consumption.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation and responsibility for delivery of key project deliverables (project plan, issue logs, test plan, cutover plan, etc).
- Identify opportunities to offer other product or service offerings during the lifetime of the delivery cycle and communicate to wider Pro Finda stakeholders.
- Manage customer escalations to a positive outcome through facilitating the resolution of issues and roadblocks.
- Escalate risks and issues internally to Pro Finda management and externally to customer project teams to resolve or mitigate risks and issues that act as barriers to project success.
- Support the transition of the customer from delivery into BAU Customer support.
What you need to be successful in the role
- Experienced project manager with 7+ years of proven success - managing projects, schedules, scope, budgets, risk mitigation, issue resolution and resources.
- Proven experience in implementing B2B Cloud/Saa S software into Enterprise customers - particularly experience of the Big 4 Accounting firms and large Professional Services organisations would be a bonus.
- Delivering all phases of the software implementation lifecycle, methodologies and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about solving business problems.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation and client management.
- Ability to work through ambiguity to define process and methodology to help achieve project success.
- Experience contributing to the formation of a PMO function to create best practice methodology and documentation for use by delivery teams would be advantageous.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-reliant and keen to build own knowledge and skills autonomously.
- Experience of supporting pre-sales activities such as providing scoping and level of effort analysis would be a bonus.
