ProFinda is now looking to grow and is currently seeking a Product Manager to join our Product team and continue developing our innovative and successful SaaS solution. We are working diligently to develop the software platform that will deliver a sublime experience for our users around the world.

As a valued member of our product team, you will collaborate closely with our UI designers, product managers and software engineers. We are on a mission to design and enhance the world’s most effective and engaging platform for Workforce Optimization powered by AI!

In this position you will:

  • Assist in development of features and enhancement of product.
  • Ensure that Stories and Tasks in Jira are sufficiently detailed and colleagues across departments have the information required to execute with quality.
  • Leverage AI tools to translate discovery outcomes into well-defined Epics and user stories in Jira.
  • Take part in and run Discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to uncover pain points and needs.
  • Take ownership of maintaining the Product User Manual and ensure it is updated with relevancy every minor and major release.
  • Work alongside CCS, Engineering and within the Product team to ensure development and delivery of software modules within allotted timeline and budget.
  • Record product defects and work collaboratively on its resolutions.
  • Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
  • Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to the team using a reporting tool.
  • Identify process improvements to achieve goals related to product marketing and customer support.
  • Produce training materials and release notes as required.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure that products and services meet customers’ current and future needs.
  • Identify product marketing ideas and opportunities based on industry trends, current market environment and competitive trends.
  • Provide outstanding internal customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to stakeholders on function and usage of the product.
  • Support the implementation and improvements of North Star metrics and user metrics to enable the product team to understand usage and value of various areas of the platform.

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a SaaS product.
  • AI literate and a hunger to learn and seek new ways that AI can support you in your role.
  • A proven understanding of modern Product Management practices, such as User Research, Opportunity Canvases, User Story Maps, Objectives and Key Results, Prioritisation, rapid prototyping and storyboarding.
  • Demonstrable experience with JIRA, Trello, and other project management tools.
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and practices, Kanban/Scrum experience desirable.
  • Motivated, self-confident and a team player as well as able to initiate and work independently.
  • Dedicated to the job and able to juggle multiple assignments at one time.
  • Can execute quickly when needed and at the same time with quality and show attention to details.
  • Fluent in English, and if you speak Spanish or Portuguese, that’s a big plus.
