ProFinda is expanding its presence in the US and looking for a passionate and strategic Head of Partnerships to help us grow our ecosystem of clients, alliances, and enterprise relationships. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with big ambitions and even bigger opportunities ahead.

Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, professional services firms, and ecosystem partners (e.g. SAP, Google Cloud, SWA, Workday, system integrators).
- Build and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and enhance ProFinda’s position within the workforce optimization space.
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring alignment on goals, roadmaps, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive value from each partnership.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear performance expectations.
- Track, measure, and report on partnership performance, pipeline influence, and business impact.
- Represent ProFinda at industry events, partner meetings, and joint customer sessions, helping to build long-term credibility and brand awareness.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and industry dynamics to proactively identify new partnership opportunities.
