ProFinda is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an Enablement Lead. In this role you will use your prior experience of hands-on Resource Management to help our clients embed best practice and policies, all underpinned by ProFinda technology. You will be responsible for working alongside clients, understanding their current challenges, helping them to define their desired end state and supporting their journey of embedding ProFinda across their organisation. You will be working across multiple projects at any one time and must therefore be confident in managing multiple clients and deadlines.

In addition to this you will be instrumental in helping to shape the future ProFinda product roadmap, drawing on your deep subject matter expertise and understanding of our clients needs.

In this position you will:

  • Act as a senior consultant to help clients understand their objectives and outcomes for a successful Resource Management transformation programme.
  • Share own experiences and knowledge of what optimum Resource Management looks like and describe how ProFinda can assist the transformation.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the ProFinda technology and help clients to realise the benefits that this technology brings.
  • Provide advice to clients in the adoption of the ProFinda platform, at times, challenging current ways of working to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Forge strong relationships with clients across all levels and including C-Suite to become a ‘trusted advisor’ on ProFinda best practice and help to design supporting comms and policies, tailored to each clients needs.
  • Develop a suite of materials that can be tailored to clients to assist them in operationally rolling out ProFinda to the various users across each organisation.
  • Support management of client escalations to a positive outcome through facilitating the resolution of issues and roadblocks.
  • Work closely with the ProFinda technical teams to turn operational requirements into workable solutions.
  • Act as a voice of the client by advocating for the customer internally to help align Delivery, Product and Tech towards future product enhancements.
  • Where required, deliver demos and training to clients remotely or onsite.
  • Assist in onboarding, training and developing new team members.

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • Experienced Senior Resource Manager with 5+ years of proven success working in a Big 4 / mid tier accounting firm.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation and client management.
  • Ability to work across a number of clients simultaneously and juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Confident to learn new software and talk credibly about it to clients.
  • Ability to help an organisation apply policies and procedures to help support and reinforce their transformation journey.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically about solving business problems.
  • Ability to talk about system tools and processes in a business context, without shying away from more technical topics.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity to define process and methodology to help achieve project success.
  • Experience contributing to a PMO function to create best practice methodology and documentation for use by delivery teams would be advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Self-reliant and keen to build own knowledge and skills autonomously.
