ProFinda is looking for a driven and experienced professional to lead our Enablement team and play a key role in delivering client success. In this position, you will manage and develop the Enablement team while working directly with clients, applying your hands-on Resource Management expertise to help them embed best practices and policies — all powered by ProFinda technology.
As the Enablement Team Lead, you will take ownership of client enablement delivery, ensuring the team provides high-quality support and guidance. You will work alongside clients to understand their unique challenges, define their desired outcomes, and support them throughout their journey of embedding ProFinda across their organisation.
You will oversee multiple projects at once, balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on client work. You will need to be comfortable managing competing priorities, leading the team effectively while delivering high-impact outcomes for our clients. Additionally, you will play an instrumental role in shaping ProFinda's future product roadmap, providing valuable insights drawn from your deep subject-matter expertise and close understanding of client needs.
In this position you will:
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, and develop the Enablement team, setting clear goals and providing regular coaching, feedback, and support.
- Oversee team workload and capacity, ensuring effective prioritisation across multiple client projects.
- Support the professional development of team members through mentoring, training, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Manage team performance, ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- Play an active role in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Client Enablement & Consulting
- Act as a senior consultant, helping clients define their objectives and achieve successful Resource Management transformation programmes.
- Share your expertise in Resource Management to guide clients in embedding best practice, supported by ProFinda technology.
- Continue to have a deep understanding of the ProFinda platform and help clients realise the full value and benefits it brings.
- Advise clients on effective adoption of the ProFinda platform, constructively challenging current ways of working where needed to deliver optimal outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with clients at all levels, including C-Suite, acting as a subject-matter expert and strategic advisor.
- Design tailored communications, policies, and enablement materials to support each client’s rollout of ProFinda.
- Manage client escalations, facilitating the resolution of issues and working towards positive outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with ProFinda’s technical and product teams to turn client requirements into viable solutions.
- Advocate for the voice of the client internally, contributing to product evolution and enhancements based on real client needs.
- Deliver demos, workshops, and training sessions to clients both remotely and onsite when required.
What you need to be successful in the role:
- Proven experience as a Senior Resource Manager (10+ years), ideally within a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills – confident communicator with the ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Eager and capable of learning new technology quickly, and confident in explaining complex software concepts to clients in a clear and credible way.
- Ability to apply and embed policies and processes within client organisations to drive sustainable transformation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – able to diagnose client challenges and design practical, effective solutions.
- Confident discussing both business processes and technical topics, bridging the gap between operational teams and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively shaping processes, methodologies, and best practices to deliver successful client outcomes.
- Experience contributing to PMO functions, including the development of project methodologies and documentation, is a plus.
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to continuously build knowledge and skills.
