This role will sit within a growing marketing function that covers all aspects of the marketing responsibilities. ProFinda is looking for a Campaign & Community Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing our event and community strategy, helping us engage with our target audience and build a strong brand presence. We're looking for someone who is a selfâstarter, creative, and passionate about building communities and delivering memorable experiences, both inâperson and online.
Core Responsibilities- InâPerson Events: Lead the strategy and execution of all inâperson events, managing the entire lifecycle from conceptualization to execution and evaluation.
- Digital Events: Own our webinar series from start to finish, including planning, execution, optimisation, and managing all associated marketing materials.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute nurture campaigns for our pipeline, expanding by segment and enabling us to drive personalisation at scale.
- Partnership Marketing: Work with our key partners to identify and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness for ProFinda and generate new sales opportunities.
- Community Building Initiatives: Take ownership of our growing community lists on HubSpot and lead the evolution of community focused projects.
- You have a proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on events and community building ideally in a b2b role.
- You are a highly organised, detailâoriented individual with excellent project management skills.
- You have a creative and strategic mindset, always looking for innovative ways to engage with an audience.
- You are an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, managing budget, targets and reporting.
- You have experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
- You have experience and a curiosity and desire to learn more about how to deploy AI tools to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
