You will oversee multiple projects at once, balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on client work. You will need to be comfortable managing competing priorities, leading the team effectively while delivering high-impact outcomes for our clients. Additionally, you will play an instrumental role in shaping ProFinda's future product roadmap, providing valuable insights drawn from your deep subject-matter expertise and close understanding of client needs.

In this position you will:

  • Team Leadership & Management
    • Lead, manage, and develop the Enablement team, setting clear goals and providing regular coaching, feedback, and support.
    • Oversee team workload and capacity, ensuring effective prioritisation across multiple client projects.
    • Support the professional development of team members through mentoring, training, and identifying growth opportunities.
    • Manage team performance, ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
    • Play an active role in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Client Enablement & Consulting
    • Act as a senior consultant, helping clients define their objectives and achieve successful Resource Management transformation programmes.
    • Share your expertise in Resource Management to guide clients in embedding best practice, supported by ProFinda technology.
    • Continue to have a deep understanding of the ProFinda platform and help clients realise the full value and benefits it brings.
    • Advise clients on effective adoption of the ProFinda platform, constructively challenging current ways of working where needed to deliver optimal outcomes.
    • Build trusted relationships with clients at all levels, including C-Suite, acting as a subject-matter expert and strategic advisor.
    • Design tailored communications, policies, and enablement materials to support each client’s rollout of ProFinda.
    • Manage client escalations, facilitating the resolution of issues and working towards positive outcomes.
    • Collaborate closely with ProFinda’s technical and product teams to turn client requirements into viable solutions.
    • Advocate for the voice of the client internally, contributing to product evolution and enhancements based on real client needs.
    • Deliver demos, workshops, and training sessions to clients both remotely and onsite when required.

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Resource Manager (10+ years), ideally within a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills – confident communicator with the ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and priorities effectively.
  • Eager and capable of learning new technology quickly, and confident in explaining complex software concepts to clients in a clear and credible way.
  • Ability to apply and embed policies and processes within client organisations to drive sustainable transformation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills – able to diagnose client challenges and design practical, effective solutions.
  • Confident discussing both business processes and technical topics, bridging the gap between operational teams and technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively shaping processes, methodologies, and best practices to deliver successful client outcomes.
  • Experience contributing to PMO functions, including the development of project methodologies and documentation, is a plus.
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to continuously build knowledge and skills.
