As Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a professional and efficient service at all times. You will be the main point of contact, managing relationships, coordinating maintenance and ensuring full compliance across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of residential properties to a consistently high standard
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle
- Coordinating maintenance issues and instructing contractors efficiently
- Ensuring all properties are fully compliant with current lettings legislation and safety standards
- Carrying out property inspections and reporting findings clearly and accurately
- Managing tenancy renewals and rent reviews
- Handling deposit disputes where required
- Liaising with the accounts team regarding rents and arrears
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
- Previous experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings is essential
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- A proactive and problem solving approach
- Full UK driving licence
