Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Motivate and guide the sales team to hit and exceed targets, driving overall branch profitability.
- Client Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and repeat business.
- Business Development: Secure new instructions, win new business, and build the agency's local market presence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with directors to ensure the branch meets its goals and maintains strong brand recognition.

Working Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 09:00 - 18:00 (Day of can be changed by negotiation)
Saturday: 09:00 - 16:00 (with rota)
Occasional late viewings and office work as required.
