The Role
Working closely with the directors, you will play a key role in ensuring the office meets its targets, drives profitability, wins new business and maintains the strong client relationships this agency is renowned for. This is a hands-on, front-facing role where your energy, professionalism and business development skills will make a genuine difference to the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out accurate property valuations and securing new sales instructions
- Proactively generating new business opportunities to increase market share and support company growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Managing the sales process from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth progression at every stage
- Providing expert advice to clients on pricing strategies and local market trends
- Supporting, motivating and guiding the team to achieve individual and branch performance targets
- Negotiating offers effectively to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the business
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey
- Representing the business positively within the local community
- Maintaining high standards of communication, professionalism and compliance throughout
What We Are Looking For
- A proven track record in estate agency sales at Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager level
- Strong valuation and instruction-winning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident, commercially minded and customer focused
- Based within Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire or Middlesex
- Full UK driving licence
What Is On Offer
- Basic salary £30,000 to £35,000 with OTE £50,000 to £55,000
- Car allowance £3,000 PA
