Working closely with the directors, you will play a key role in ensuring the office meets its targets, drives profitability, wins new business and maintains the strong client relationships this agency is renowned for.

  • Carrying out accurate property valuations and securing new sales instructions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
  • Managing the sales process from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth progression at every stage
  • Providing expert advice to clients on pricing strategies and local market trends
  • Supporting, motivating and guiding the team to achieve individual and branch performance targets
  • Representing the business positively within the local community

A proven track record in estate agency sales at Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager level is required.

Full UK driving licence is necessary.

Car allowance £3,000 PA.
