Our client is looking for someone polished, articulate and full of energy, who brings a genuine passion for estate agency and the drive to make a real impact within a business that takes pride in everything it does.
Working closely with the directors, you will play a key role in ensuring the office meets its targets, drives profitability, wins new business and maintains the strong client relationships this agency is renowned for.
- Carrying out accurate property valuations and securing new sales instructions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Managing the sales process from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring smooth progression at every stage
- Providing expert advice to clients on pricing strategies and local market trends
- Supporting, motivating and guiding the team to achieve individual and branch performance targets
- Representing the business positively within the local community
A proven track record in estate agency sales at Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager level is required.
