You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, and ensuring that properties are managed in accordance with the latest lettings legislation and best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of a residential lettings portfolio
- Organising maintenance, safety checks, inspections, and repairs
- Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants to resolve issues efficiently
- Managing move-ins, renewals and move-outs with attention to detail
- Ensuring legal compliance and accurate record keeping at all times
- Handling rent reviews, deposit returns and tenancy-related queries
- Using property management software to streamline operations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a residential property management or lettings role is essential
- Strong understanding of lettings legislation and property compliance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Ideally ARLA qualified or currently working towards ARLA Level 3 or 4 (support will be provided)
- A team player who is ready to take ownership of their portfolio with pride
