Our clients are specialist Property Lawyers specialising in offering a wide range of Conveyancing specialisms throughout the UK to Property companies. They are entering an exciting period of high growth and commercial expansion and are now looking to appoint a tenacious Business Development Manager to support the continued expansion of its introducer network across the UK.

This is a new business focused, relationship led role, centred on winning, onboarding, and developing mortgage broker and estate agency partners nationwide. You will take ownership of generating new business opportunities, signing new introducers, and building a continuous pipeline of fresh partnerships that drive instruction volumes and long‑term commercial growth.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and onboarding new mortgage broker and estate agency introducers across your region. You will generate your own leads, manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to sign‑up, and build strong, trusted relationships that deliver sustained instruction volumes. This is a remote and field‑based position, combining home working with face‑to‑face meetings, industry events, and monthly sales meetings in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking, and face‑to‑face meetings
  • Identify, target, and sign new mortgage broker and estate agency introducers
  • Conduct office visits to present the business offering and introducer proposition
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with new partners from onboarding onwards
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and awards evenings to promote the business
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data using HubSpot CRM
  • Consistently work towards and exceed new business targets

Key Performance Indicators

  • Continuous new business loop generation
  • Ultimate KPI of producing 100 CV instructions and 40 SV leads from introducer sign‑ups within 60 days
  • Target of signing 25 new introducers onto the portal every month
  • No upper cap on sign‑up commission; earnings are directly driven by performance and volume

  • Background in Property, Conveyancing, Prop Tech, or Financial Services preferred
  • Confident, resilient, and comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation
  • A strong communicator who can build trust quickly and handle objections
  • Highly self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage time independently
  • Willingness to travel and attend networking and industry events
  • CRM experience preferred, HubSpot beneficial
