The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PROPERTY SPECIALIST to join a growing and professional property business based in Oadby, Leicester. This is a varied and hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys being out and about with properties, has a keen eye for presentation, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants. You will play an important role in preparing properties for market, producing marketing material, carrying out inspections, and ensuring the smooth running of property check-ins, check-outs and inventories. This position would suit someone organised, proactive and passionate about property, who enjoys a mix of office-based work and being out on site.

The Role

As a PROPERTY SPECIALIST, your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high quality property marketing materials including photography, video tours and written descriptions
  • Carrying out routine and interim property inspections and reporting findings clearly
  • Managing tenant check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth and professional process
  • Preparing accurate and detailed inventory reports
  • Maintaining organised and compliant property documentation
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal teams
  • Ensuring all processes follow current lettings legislation and company standards

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within lettings, property management or estate agency is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
  • Experience using a 360 camera would be highly beneficial
  • Strong photography or videography skills with an eye for property presentation
  • Confidence using property software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
