This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who wants the variety and commercial exposure of working directly within a thriving estate agency business, rather than in a traditional private practice environment. Offering a £45,000 basic salary with commission and an OTE of £70,000, this is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the legal side of residential property but would like to work within a more commercial, fast paced environment. The role You will provide in house legal support across the agency's residential property transactions, working closely with the sales team to keep deals progressing smoothly and efficiently.
