Location: Hours: Five day working week, including Saturdays on a rota.
Our client is a well-respected, multi-office independent estate agency operating across North Hampshire. A busy and active agent with a strong reputation, they have enjoyed a period of continual growth and are now looking to take their lettings operation to the next level.
More than just a management position, this role offers a clear pathway to a shareholding stake in the company in future years, making it an exceptional proposition for the right individual.
The business is looking for a leader who is operationally motivated and strategically minded, someone who is not afraid to get stuck in alongside their team whilst also driving the overall direction of the lettings division.
You will take full ownership of the lettings operation, leading business generation, winning new instructions, and growing the fully managed portfolio. You will also have operational input into the property management division, helping to shape processes, improve retention, and ensure the highest standards of service are maintained as the portfolio grows.
As the lettings operation expands, so too will your responsibilities and the team around you.
- Leading and growing the lettings operation across multiple offices

A senior lettings professional, ideally at Senior Lettings Manager or Senior Branch Manager level.
