An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a well established and reputable residential lettings business based in Fleet, Hampshire.
This is a full time, Monday to Friday role, offering stability, structure and the opportunity to manage a well maintained portfolio within a supportive team environment.
This position would suit a proactive, organised and service driven property professional who enjoys building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring full compliance and smooth day to day portfolio management.
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and compliant management of a residential lettings portfolio. You will act as the key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring maintenance issues are handled promptly, communication is clear, and properties are managed to a high professional standard.
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Liaising with contractors and arranging repairs
- Carrying out property inspections and preparing detailed reports
- Maintaining accurate records using property management software
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Previous experience in Property Management desirable.
Strong understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance.
Competent with IT systems and property management software.
Full UK driving licence, desirable.
Monday to Friday working pattern.
