Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, providing them with essential information and a positive experience.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach to prospective tenants, answering any questions they may have about the property or tenancy process.
- Assist in generating new rental leads and registering applicant information accurately.
- Communicate regularly with landlords and tenants, providing updates and responding to queries professionally.
- Support the team with administrative duties as required, including updating property listings, assisting with tenancy paperwork, and booking viewings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient letting experience for all clients.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
