This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join the Asset Management team of an independent, forward thinking property business at their head office in Oxford. They are looking for an experienced Block or Property Manager to take on a portfolio of properties across Oxfordshire, bringing strong budgeting and customer service skills to a role where no two days look the same.
You will be the key point of contact for leaseholders and residents across your portfolio, balancing day to day management with longer term planning around major works, budgets, and compliance. Expect regular site visits, client meetings, and the occasional evening commitment, alongside genuine ownership of how your properties are run.

- Attend client meetings, including some evening work, taking minutes where required
- Carry out regular site inspections, meetings and surveys in line with contractual obligations
- Prepare and agree scopes of works for simple repairs, and support the project management of major works alongside surveyors and other professionals
- Prepare service charge budgets and manage expenditure against them throughout the year, reporting as required
- Handle insurance matters, including claims, renewals and policy enquiries, in line with regulations
- Co-ordinate legal proceedings relating to service charge arrears and other lease breaches
- Review and develop estate management policy and procedure
- A genuine team player who builds strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, residents and contractors
- Flexible, well organised, and a strong multitasker able to prioritise effectively
