The Role
We are seeking an experienced and organised Property Manager to join a busy, friendly team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a varied residential property portfolio, ensuring compliance, smooth tenancy operations and outstanding client care throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Conduct routine property inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Handle maintenance requests and liaise with contractors for timely repairs
- Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety standards
- Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews and deposit returns
- Respond promptly to tenant and landlord queries, providing clear communication and solutions
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs including check-in and check-out inspections
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records using the company's property management software
- Support the lettings and accounts teams where necessary
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in residential property management is essential
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competent with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred
