We are currently recruiting for a Lister / Sales Manager on behalf of a highly regarded Estate & Lettings agency covering Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dynamic and successful team within a well-established company known for its excellence in the property market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Property Valuations with accuracy and confidence, providing clients with realistic and competitive market appraisals.
- List new properties for sale, ensuring that all listings are marketed effectively to attract potential buyers.
- Manage the sales process from valuation through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and achieving sales targets.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets across the Berkshire, Surrey, and Hampshire areas.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to achieve their targets.
