As part of this mission, they are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager (also known as Performance Director) to join their team.
We are looking for someone based in the UK, with a slight preference to being Midlands based, though this is not essential. You will be remotely based and need to be prepared to travel in your day to day work.
This is a unique opportunity to support a growing network of award-winning franchisees by providing strategic guidance on business growth, leveraging innovative systems and tools, and fostering franchisee success through consulting, coaching, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Franchise Growth: Actively coach and advise franchisees across the UK to help them achieve and exceed their growth objectives.
- Consult and Mentor: Use in-depth industry knowledge to provide franchisees with guidance on business models, tools, and systems.
