The opportunity
Due to continued success and growth, ProFind Property Recruitment is expanding and is now seeking experienced Property Recruitment Associates to join the business. This is an opportunity to work under a respected specialist recruitment brand while retaining full autonomy over how and when you work. It will suit an experienced recruiter who values quality, integrity, and long term relationships over volume driven recruitment. ProFind specialises across Estate Agency, Lettings, Property Management, Block Management, Facilities Management, PropTech and Business Development and wider housing related roles, partnering with businesses that value professionalism and expertise.
The role
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will operate a full 360 recruitment desk within the UK property sector, managing client relationships, candidate delivery, and business development. You will work fully remotely and must have a suitable home office set up, including your own laptop and phone. ProFind will provide the CRM, recruitment tools, technology, systems, and ongoing training to support your success. You will be trusted to run your desk professionally, ethically, and commercially, with full flexibility and no micromanagement.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to placement
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with property businesses across the UK
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high quality candidates within the property sector
- Proactively generating new business through your existing network and market knowledge
- Acting as a trusted recruitment partner, offering honest advice and market insight
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM and recruitment systems
- Upholding the ProFind values and reputation in all client and candidate interactions
About you
- Proven experience either working within or recruiting within the UK property sector is essential
- An established personal reputation and strong professional network within the property industry
- A track record built on honesty, authenticity, and sound moral judgement
- Commercially aware, self motivated, and disciplined
- Comfortable working autonomously within a fully remote model
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach
- Aligned with a quality led recruitment ethos rather than a volume driven approach
Earnings and structure
- Self employed associate model
- 70 percent of all billings up to Β£150,000
- 80 percent of all billings once Β£150,000 is exceeded
- No cap on earnings
- Full flexibility over working hours and workload
- Paid when the client pays
