We're now looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our brand and drive the marketing campaigns that will have Profilm stand out in a crowded market.
The Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the guardian of the Profilm global brand and the driving force behind our marketing activity.
Working closely with our senior sales team, you'll plan and deliver creative, insight-led campaigns across all the digital platforms.
This is a genuinely hands-on role in a small, ambitious team, where you'll shape strategy one day and roll your sleeves up on content the next.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan for Profilm, closely aligned to revenue targets.
- Own and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, visual identity, and customer experience across every touchpoint.
- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns spanning digital advertising, social media, email, tradeshows (SEMA, Shenzhen Auto & Automechanika), on-site events, and print.
- Regularly report on campaign performance to senior leadership.
- Manage our website and paid media activity, using data and analytics to continually improve performance and return on spend.
- Produce a monthly newsletter/blog for our community.
- Create and commission engaging content — photography, video, copy, and social — that authentically reflects our brand.
- Build strong relationships with our distributors and direct customers, guiding them to contribute to our brand development.
- Shape initiatives and events programmes that build community, drive new traffic, and generate word-of-mouth advocacy.
- Conduct market and competitor research to keep our pricing, positioning, and propositions sharp across all our geographies.
About You
Essential
- A recent marketing/business graduate (minimum 2:1) with one or two years' relevant experience.
Strong digital marketing skills, including paid social, email marketing, SEO/PPC, and analytics.
- Excellent copywriting ability and a sharp eye for brand and design.
- Confident managing budgets, agencies, and multiple projects at once.
- An ambitious self-starter comfortable working in an office as well as autonomously.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
Desirable
- A petrolhead - a real knowledge of and enthusiasm for cars.
- A track record of planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns that hit commercial targets.
- Experience marketing to the automotive industry.
- Photography, videography, and design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Corel Draw).
- Based in or near Guildford.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary
- Company medical aid
- Genuine ownership of the marketing function, with the autonomy to make your mark.
