WAREHOUSE/FORKLIFT OPERATIVE*** We are on the hunt for a permanent full-time experienced Warehouse/Forklift Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence and intermediate computer skills has arisen with our Farnham based clients. Ideally you may have previous warehouse experience within a controlled environment or manufacturing related business where you would be familiar with ISO or GMP processes. The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the efficient and safe receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse goods. Due to location a full UK driving licence and own vehicle is essential. Note candidates with any forklift licence/experience considered. Salary – £27K + benefits including free on-site parking and bonus Key responsibilities for the Warehouse/Forklift Operative include, Preparing and delivering raw materials and packaging to the production facilities Managing inventory of raw materials Quality control – follow procedures to ensure consistent, high quality product is handled and stored correctly Operating warehouse machinery including counterbalance forklifts, semi-automatic and automatic pallet trucks, and a pedestrian stacker truck Using the automated warehouse systems, monitoring and record keeping, particularly regarding CCPs in the HACCP systemThe ideal Warehouse/Forklift Operative will need the following, Previous experience within a similar warehouse role Proven experience in operating counterbalance FLT and powered warehouse equipment Confident computer skills Experience in automated warehouse systems Proven experience in inventory management COSHH and manual handling experience Knowledge of GMP, GDP, ISO and/or BRC processes would be a huge advantage Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential, free on-site parkingHours – 37.5 hours per week, [Mon-Fri 7.30am-4pm & 8.30am-5pm] This Warehouse/Forklift Operative role would suit a flexible person who thrives within a team, stays calm and focused under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail within a busy work environment
