About the Role:

We are looking for a capable and entrepreneurial Junior Sales & Event Manager. This front-facing role requires a strong communicator who can manage initial inquiries, costings, and tastings while directly liaising with prospective clients. From the first point of contact to closing the sale, you will play a pivotal role in securing business and ensuring seamless event execution. You will work with a small, tight-knit, and highly skilled team to create and execute epic events that leave a lasting impression. Creativity, forward thinking, and ingenuity will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  2. Prepare costings, proposals, and coordinate tastings for prospective clients.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  4. Work closely with the internal team to ensure event logistics and client expectations are met.
  5. Attend events to oversee smooth execution and provide on-site support.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for business growth.
