We are working with a family owned restraurant group, who are looking for a passionate and ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen in their well-established, Italian restaurant in the heart of Worthing.

What you'll be doing: Working alongside an experienced and loyal kitchen team of 4 Chefs and 2 kitchen assistants, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency and service.
During quieter services, you'll be comfortable running the kitchen independently with the support of a Kitchen Assistance, so confidence, organisation and strong leadership are essential.
