***HOSTED VoIP TELECOMS ENGINEER*** We're on the hunt for a personable, technically minded Hosted VoIP Engineer to join a growing technology business and become a key point of contact for customers needing support with their telephony systems. If you're confident troubleshooting VoIP issues, enjoy talking to customers and like the idea of a role that combines technical know-how with a healthy dose of human interaction, this could be right up your street! Salary - £29,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) The Role Working predominantly from the office, you'll support customers with your hosted VoIP systems, handling inbound calls, resolving technical queries and guiding users through their telephony issues. You'll be part of a friendly, customer-focused technical team, with occasional visits to customer sites when required therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
