The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your section, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes while supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Your duties may include:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard
Taking responsibility for your section during service
Supporting senior chefs with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation
Ensuring all food preparation areas and equipment are kept clean and tidy
Working effectively as part of a professional kitchen team
What We're Looking For
Previous professional kitchen experience is essential
Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Good knife skills and confidence with food preparation
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliability and punctuality
The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
Your own chef whites and professional knives
Your own transport is essential due to the hotel's location
